Car Bae's Auto Service and Repair

Wouldn’t recommend, especially as a woman. She was 30 minutes late to my appointment with little care to my time. I told her I had work at 4pm and needed to be done by then (if it couldn’t have been done by then I was totally okay rescheduling) she guaranteed an hour, tops. I ended up being there for four hours. I had to miss out on my own money because of her lack of professionalism. I wasn’t given anywhere to sit, I asked about the bathroom (this was at hour 3) and was met with attitude that she would have to unlock it and turn the water on …. Like okay? That’s not my problem? She told me the parts were $160 but when the guy came back with my change it was actually more $135 and she kept my the additional change. She sat in her truck in the ac while people came & go and I had to direct them to where she was at (basically playing receptionist) i was also told all about her businesses expensive ($4000 rent + $1000 utilities) and how she does it all on her own no help no parents no credit blablablabla ect ect. As if I should pity her but I’m literally here supporting her business by having her service me and I literally run my own business and have total understanding on how much wo

20/10 will definitely recommend Car repairs have gone up. It wasn’t easy to get a rental and I needed a reliable mechanic…Fast. I sifted through so many ads and I came across “Car Bae”. She definitely lives up to honest and clear service as advertised. She knows her cars. I am extremely satisfied with repairs she has done on my car. I hope she’ll be available should I have and other repairs, which I probably will, she will be the first to call. Thank you for your time and expertise “Car Bae”.

As someone who's spent years turning wrenches and troubleshooting equipment, I have to say this place is badass. Seeing a woman-owned garage thriving in a field that's still heavily male-dominated is impressive enough—but the real reason for 5 stars is the quality of the work. Honest, knowledgeable, and treats you with respect from start to finish. It's great to see skill, professionalism, and determination getting the recognition they deserve.

My car was shaking really bad. She replaced a fuse at a reasonable price. She does very well and is so helpful. She made sure i understand what she was talking about great communication. Tells me about my car unlike other male mechanics that don’t want to communicate with me as a woman. She did a great job.

I was able to get in and get my brakes done on a simple walk in appointment. She was fair with the price and worked to save me the money. I need a few more items done and I'll be back to get them done! 10/10. No complaints! 💋
